Man har ett stort antal monteringsstationer l\u00e4ngs banan d\u00e4r operat\u00f6rer st\u00e5r och monterar. Vid varje station sitter ett produktionsst\u00f6d system fr\u00e5n Atlas Copco som styrsystemet kommunicerar med. Banan \u00e4r uppdelad i 5 olika delsystem som var och en drivs av var sin motor.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"225\">L\u00f6sning:<\/td>\n<td width=\"834\">Vi har levererat en komplett l\u00f6sning d\u00e4r vi levererar allt som beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r ombyggnaden, Elektrisk design, elektrisk tillverkning av styrsk\u00e5p (3 st). Design av PLC-program samt Operat\u00f6rspanelen. Rivning av gammal utrustning installation och inkoppling av ny utrustning samt drift-tagning och standby support under f\u00f6rsta produktionsveckan. Hela ombyggnaden gjordes p\u00e5 3 veckor<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"225\">Teknik:<\/td>\n<td width=\"834\">PLC Siemens 1517F, Frekvensomriktare G120 fr\u00e5n Siemens, operat\u00f6rspaneler (4st) fabrikat Siemens. Profisafe, Profinet, ca 20 ET200SP.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"225\">Kundnytta:<\/td>\n<td width=\"834\">Kunden fick en smidig leverans d\u00e4r vi som totalleverant\u00f6r hade allt ansvar f\u00f6r sj\u00e4lva ombyggnaden.
